"LIVE WITH PURPOSE"
Alpha Gamma Delta was officially founded in 1904 at Syracuse University. Each of Alpha Gam's 11 founders were progressive women who selflessly contributed to the foundation and growth of the chapter. Since its founding, collegiate chapters have been installed at more than 180 colleges and universities across North America and more than 155,000 women have become Alpha Gam sisters.
We are very proud of our chapter's presence on Auburn's campus. The Gamma Delta chapter received SIX awards at the 2016 Alpha Gamma Delta international convention, including the annulet, which is the highest honor that a chapter can receive.

Here at Auburn, our chapter strives to live by the Alpha Gamma Delta Purpose. We do this by living a life of purpose - with a goal of attaining a higher standard, thereby improving our own lives, the lives of those around us, and the community of Auburn, AL. Together, we continually work to "inspire the woman and impact the world."
In addition, Alpha Gam has been ranked #1 in grades for all of Greek Life on Auburn's campus for 21 consecutive years!
